1. General Donation Policy

Donations made through our website using Razorpay are voluntary and non-refundable. However, we understand there may be situations where a refund is requested due to error or other legitimate reasons.

2. Conditions for Refund

We will consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of making the donation.
  • The donation was made in error or was a duplicate transaction.
  • The donation amount was incorrect or unauthorized.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at info@risingstarkhiltechehre.org with the following details:

  • Full name of the donor
  • Date of transaction
  • Transaction ID or Razorpay reference
  • Amount donated
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or reject a refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Razorpay Fees

Please note that Razorpay’s transaction processing fees and applicable GST are non-refundable. Only the net donation amount may be eligible for refund.

6. Donations Not Eligible for Refund

The following donations are not eligible for refund:

  • Donations made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
  • Donations already used or allocated to a charitable cause.
  • Anonymous donations without traceable donor information.
